Why so *********** Nedbank?

I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of service from Nedbank. I have been on the phone for more than two hours to arrange for delivery of my card. I am still waiting for it, despite various promises from Nedbank agents. I think it may be better to do business elsewhere, it is such a small issue that Nedbank seems unable to assist me with. Why so *********** Nedbank?
