Why pay fees as a Private Client when I am not receiving the Service

I am a private client and the banker that was assigned to my portfolio unfortunately passed away. He passed away in March and till today, I have not been assigned a banker however I must still make payment of their monthly costs however I am not receiving the service im paying for.
