Why Nedbank decided to switch off customer care service number?

How dare Nedbank switched off the customer care number during this critical COVID-19 time when we need online baking services badly! I wanted assistance to Nedbank internet banking but I was quite disappointed to dial the only give customer care service contact number switched off and I have even tried to call it two days until I gave up. I believe this is so unfair to the big financial service provider like Nedbank, the institution which would have been at least 2-3 emergency numbers since most of their branches are closed during corona lockdown.
