Why haven't you CLOSED my AMEX Charge Card, as requested: Ref ***2

To CLOSE | *** | Settlement figures provided on 11/01/2024 at 15:45. On 11/01/2024. an email was sent to *** requesting CLOSURE of my AMEX Charge Card. (Reference number ***2). Various phone calls to Amex were made, requesting the closure of my account. The account has not yet been closed. WHY NOT????? My Amex Card now has a negative balance, AGAIN, because you failed to carry out a simple instruction. CLOSE MY AMEX CHARGE CARD, PLEASE. DO IT NOW!!!!!
