Why hasn't FSCA not suspended Nedbanks Licence

I Got a credit card with Nedbank and that was a start of a nightmare. they set a wrong debit date and they debit me when they are not supposed too and try by all means to make me pay for things that i shouldn't be paying for. Their collections and customer service is Pathetic and utter Bull to be honest. Not sure why the FSCA hasn't suspended their licence for the way they are operating. My Credit score is ruined, i being declined a loan cause of payments that i am not sure what are they for.
