WHY CAPITEC IS NO: 4 AND YOU DROPPED TO NO:5

Nedbank, I app**** for a home loan and I was declined 2 years ago.I was a client with you guys for 12 years and I had a personal loan and a credit card with you.I then app**** for a bond with hubby and because he had a low score due to him not having credit you declined both of us.Not taking to consideration I pay my debts quickly, I mean I have an outstanding profile with you.I know this for a fact cause I used to work for you.But you have always wanted to stay safe never taking risks hence Capitec beat you to it.Currently still paying my bond with STD BANK , yes they are approved me and still part of the big 4 banks in SA .Where is Nedbank ??? Too safe, too slow on service and technology.I am not bitter , I care about you.I still have my personal loan and receive my salary through you.I am seriously considering moving to Capitec but I am still Loyal.A tip from me: Have a clear Service strategy, stop copying other banks, for once become a trend setter or market leader.One thing I know is staying ahead of competition and providing awesome service keeps you ahead.I know this for a fact.I work for such a company where our clients are just not clients but our ASSETS!! YOU MISSED THE MARK, YOU MISSING THE POINT.SERVICE AND CONVENIENCE SHOULD BE AT THE TOP OF YOUR LIST.I hate that CAPITEC IS NOW NO:4 What are you guys doing to change it.YOUR IT DEPARTMENT VERY SLOW TOO..YOU NEED FRESH BLOOD OF MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPERS.
