Why are they still even in business

The worst thing you can ever do for yourself is to sign up with Nedbank Car Insurance, I have been with them for 6 months, and it's been issue after issue. 1. I asked for car hire they did not include it and then we had to re-do the whole process I still gave them a chance 2. I ask them for a confirmation of insuarance letter and they take about 2 weeks to respond, when you call the people on the phone cant assist you need to send an email 3. I ask for a letter to say I will not be claiming for an accident as I am claiming 3rd party from the other person at fault's insuarance, they take 2 week to respond even after I called multiple times, eventually they send me a word document, no letterhead saying that I have never claimed. 4. I call to cancel the insurance and I am told no one is available to assist I must call back, I cancel the insurance to be effective on my debit date as they had already debited for the month, I get an email saying my insurance is cancelled immediately and no I have no insurance thanks to this useless company. The cherry on top is that they will only refund my money within 7 days so not only do I not have insuarance, I also have no money to get alternate insuarance.
