Who's fault if the ATM is ****** I need to know

I've been with Ned bank for less then 6 months reason why because I trusted them before I was banking with Capitec in December someone took my money on my account I went to Capitec they told me that my money was transferred to en African bank account so I went to African bank they said I must open a case I did that come back to them and they take the matter to their heard office till today they never get back to me that when I decide to open en Nedbank account so on the first of May I went to withdraw on the ATM I started by R4000 ATM say there en error on that amount got en sms that says it been reversed I try R300 it says the samething but It's didn't received so since it's was the holiday I went home next morning I went to the Nedbank branch I told the the story they make a ATM request but the results said declined I went back to them and ask why it's declined they said the money did come out on the ATM that means that that ATM was ****** so I ask them is it my fault that the Nedbank ATM was ****** I bank with them because I trusted them but now they don't want to give me my money back it's their problem that they allow ATM to be ****** they should protect us as client but I'm very disappointed I don't think I will trust Nedbank or any other back ever again
