Who can help you at Nedbank

I have been struggling for two days to get a tax certificate from Nedbank-what a frustration till Neo Sibeko picked up the phone. Very kind, calming me (an upset customer because I need to call once again because the requester certificate never reached me.) Neo was really helpful and sorted the problem that the other Nedbank employees could not. Thank you, Neo!!!
