Which statements, Nedbank?

On 23, 29 & 30 July 2024 Nedbank processed debits for bank statements on my current account. However, I neither requested or received said statements.

I logged a call on 29 July 2024 for the first 3 debits (ref ***9). I called again on 31 July 2024 to log a call for the additional 7 debits and was put on hold for close to 20 minutes "because yesterday's lady did nothing and I cannot log a call, it will just be a duplicate".

I was promised action/ team leader will call me within 3 days. Today is 7days later and I still have debits totalling R 450 on my account and still no call from the bank...
