Wheres my paperwork?
This is related to MFC. After paying my last vehicle instalment 1st March, i have requested online on the MFC website, that they deliver the paperwork needed to change ownership details. According to them i have 21 days to do this. Today is the 22nd March and i have received 1 phonecall from them. Never heard from them again regarding my paperwork. I have paid MFC to deliver this. I have emailed and phoned to no success. Absolutely disgusting service from MFC
