Where is my money????

Its really sad that you reach out to the bank clarifying a refund that was meant to be received into your account from first car rental. They first say thr funds were released into my account then later th story changes to no we can not see any transactions with first car rental. We went over to the statement as the story had changed to you used the funds , the statement however shows something different as l did not receive the purported funds. Getting assistance is now a nightmare as you are tossed from one department to another 5000 rands is a lot of money. However it begs the question how many more clients have had the same issue and told you spent the money when you clearly can see that that it wasnt the case . Why then do we have statements, whats wrong with their systems that they are unable to pick up transactions.

Nedbank you can do better, my 5000 is still with you , authorisation says it was released but there is no trace . I have an email and several calls with durations of over an hour , ticket number , all l want is my money and transparency.
