WHERE IS MY CREDIT CARD ? .BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i app**** for a credit card and got approved but i never received my credit card .I have phoned numerous times and everytime i phone ,the consultants always say they will call me back,but no one calls me back .I have tried to do a reissue with no luck .Can someone assist me with reordering another credit card .I cant even see it on my internet banking now .No one phoned me to explain what is happening with my card .
