Where is my card and overdraft

I really love Nedbank but since I've opened up my cheque account I've had terrible service overall. I opened my account in March 2020, I opened the account online and I requested that my ATM card be delivered to me - face to face, I also requested an overdraft, none of the above has happened, no card has ever been delivered nor has the overdraft. I haven't been able to switch my my salary because I don't have a card, I cant be letting my salary go into my new account and not have access to it.
