WHERE ARE MY ORIGINAL VEHICLE DOCUMENTS???

I am a pensioner and only recently realised that my vehicle, which was paid up more than 10 years ago, is still under Nedbank. I e-mailed them on 28 April and sent follow up mails to their customer care, who should change their name to customer don't care, early in May. Several calls to their call centre also did not bring any joy and to-date, almost a month later, I am still waiting for the original natis document, paid up letter and copy of proxy in order that I can do change of ownership! The vehicle formed part of an estate and despite sending all the required documents to them, I am still waiting. MFC don't actually give a damn and this kind of service is unacceptable!!!! I urgently need to sell the vehicle and would appreciate it if someone could just pull finger!
