Where are my cards????

I app**** for a credit card months ago.. Indicating my collection branch as Clearwater. About a month or so later I receive a sms to collect my cards in BRAAMFONTEIN. This is not only out of my way, but not a safe location to be in at all. Query with Nedbank, I am literally told to rectify I WILL BE CHARGED, BUT I MUST JUST GO COLLECT MY CARDS IN BRAAMFONTEIN AS IT WAS SENT THERE. Now I'm wondering if this whole thing is an attempt for a bank employee to use my cards for ***** maybe?? I want my cards but I will not pay to rectify your mistake and neither will I be TOLD to go somewhere like I'm a child. Also I recently asked for a new greenbacks card.... Then I'm told it was sent to a branch in APRIL and is now destroyed. I'm not used to incompetence like this from Nedbank. I've had no issues for years. I am Really angry and disappointed.
