When you owe they provide a service not when it's paidup

After husband died, payments stopped, I tried explaining. They wanted to repossess my car. R50000 owed from R250 000. I pad it off early. Now I have to beg them for my log book. I reported to complaints department , still nothing. No I'm going to the ombudsman
