When you need your bank the most

Earlier today my aunt tried to withdraw money from an FNB the atm did not have the desired amount she was looking for so she went to a standard bank atm wereby she entered her card into the atm and then nothing changed on the display of the atm she pressed cancelled and waited for 5minutes for the card to return but nothing happened so she returned home and called the nedbank call centre to stop the card when talking to the call centre agent two transactions went of on her account a withdrawal of R1500 from an fnb atm named ssc and then 13minutes after that there was a pos purchise at a placed named smilling tree snack bar now the thing that upsets me is that my bank which is nedbank when i came to the branch blatantly just said there is nothing they can do to help and will not be able to refund so now if this is the level of customer service we can expect from one of the countries leading banks because from what i am realising is that they expect a normal 47 year old women to be able to know when an atm is ********** and then the bank just says sorry we cannot to annything in that regard so why are we paying banking fees and hear that banking is safe if there is no protection what so ever im bringing this to your attention as i am not going to.leave this here i will take it further if i have to enough is enough and yes i know the bank will come up with some fabcy clause and excuse but this will not end here
