WHEN YOU DIE, YOUR BENEFICIARIES WONT GET YOUR FUNDS OUT OF NEDBANK

A deceased client of mine, whose estate I am administering, had 2 accounts with Nedbank. All relevant supporting documents were sent to the relevant department at Nedbank, with instructions to close the said 2 accounts and to pay the funds to the S28 Deceased Estate Account. That was done 8 months ago! The instruction has still not been executed! Incidentally, the client also had an account in Germany. The German bank executed the instruction within 3 days!
