When one changes banks and you go from bad to absolute worse!!!!! ****************

I thought FNB was bad with hidden charges, Nedbank is far far worse. I had R500 transfered into my account from a nedbank client and the funds were available immediately as it was a nedbank to nedbank transaction. I then transfered the money to an FNB account and had it cleared immediately for which I paid R35 and another R200 to a nedbank Imali transaction for which I was also charged. This morning I noticed that I was charged an additional R90 for the transactions. When I called the call centre I was advise it was because there was no money in my account. I am so livid words cannot describe!!!

1 - I DO NOT HAVE AN OVERDRAFT ACCOUNT SO HOW CAN I SEND MONEY TO PEOPLE WHEN THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT

2 - THE CONSULTANT SAYS MAYBE THE MONEY WASNT CLEAR!!!!! ONCE AGAIN HOW CAN A TRANSACTION BE DONE WIHTOUT MONEY OR AN OVERDRAFT?????????????????????

NOW I AM TOLD TO GO TO A BRANCH TO DISPUTE THIS

This is the worst mistake I ever made joining the bank and I noticed these charges before

because I pay my monthyl account fees and have no overdraft and only transact when i funds I resufe to go into a branch!

I want all these sundry charges reversed immediately as I will taker this to the banking Ombudsman.

You people should be ashamed of yourselves to so this to consumers who have faith in you!!!!
