WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T OPEN A BUSINESS ACC WITH NEDBANK!!!!

I had a business account with Nedbank, which was subsequently closed in January. The account was still listed on my CSD(I do business with government). Last week Friday, a government department paid my business using my CSD info, and they paid into my closed Nedbank account.

I called my previous relationship banker to notify her of the situation and ask for her assistance, she told me that the money would bounce and re-send back to the sender because the account is in-active. To my surprise a day later I received a Nedbank sms notification that the money was successfully paid into my account. I then proceeded to my nearest branch to verify if indeed the money was in the account, this was verified. However the bank tellers at Nedbank told that only my relationship banker can assist me with either re-opening the account in order to access the money or to transfer it to an active account I'm using.

I tried calling the relationship manager the whole day, even sent her an email explaining my situation. I eventually got ahold of her over the phone after trying her for hours and she told me that there's nothing she can do because the account is closed.

This is frustrating because my money is with Nedbank and I can't Access it. No one at Nedbank seems to know how to proceed with my situation, I keep getting sent from pillar to post.
