What the hell NEDBANK????

How the hell is it that NO ONE AT THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT can't help me with the settlement of a well paid Load.

I ahd this loan taken at a time of need and now when I wanna settle the loan, asking for a discount on the settlement ITS NOT ALLOWED.

This loan was paid faithfully. Well paying client and a client who wanna remain a client at the bank with new ventures are being ill treated with this sloppy conversations.

What the hell NEDBANK????
