What more must i do?

I want my Nedbank credit card cancelled! I made contact via the online chat on the app as I am in New Zealand and I am having issues phoning your contact center! I was told that it would be requested, but up until now I havent heard anything! I paid up my account so please close it ASAP!!!!!
