What kind of a bank cant even provide a statement?

I want a statement. Quite a simple request for a bank Im sure. Your internet banking and Money App only provides 2 months, which I thought was strange, why throw out all the older months and not give the customer a chance to view them? I needed more than 2 months of statement, so I requested a statement back in April. After 3 days I receive an email back with 2 pdfs that are locked and needed my home loan number to open it. My home loan number did not work. I send another email asking how to open them, they ask me to provide my id number for them to give my home loan number. ***? So i send my ID number. No reply for nearly 2 weeks now, I just keep getting annoying "courtesy" calls from other departments trying to convince me to use my account more. Why would I use Nedbank more if you cant even provide A STATEMENT?! This should be available on your app and internet banking site. This isn't even mentioning the bad service o received at your branch in the past
