What is the problem Nedbank????????????????????????

I was provisionally approved when I made an online application for a personal loan. I am a Nedbank client.One of your consultants called me and I was told that I can't go ahead with the personal loan because the company I work for is based in Spain, there's no office in South Africa. That is ridiculous! I am not the exception, there are many people in South Africa who work for companies abroad despite not having a local office. It is a simple call to the HR department in Spain. Come on! this is the 21st century. Everything is globalised! I have been working for this company for 6 years and my salary gets deposited monthly in my South African bank account at Nedbank.

I app**** last year online on the Udu website which is in association with Firstrand Bank and my loan was approved and paid out without hesitation. What is the problem Nedbank?
