What is an honfee

I have all of q sudden of an honfee not once but twice on my account this is disgusting and if this is not reversed I will be moving to another bank. I am finding nedbank to have the highest charges of all banks and you get nothing no reward plans and now you still get this.!!!! If my money is not refunded I will be going to a bank that will want my business and I will move all my account away in the future.<br>
