What is a honfee??

Im so upset. On the 13:07:15 when I was checking my statement online I noticed a transfer of R900, which I did not make. I went to nedbank to enquire abt this transaction bt the lady that was assisting me ws not able to help. She told me straight to my face that she does not understand what the transaction was for, she then asked me to use the fone and ask to be put through megtapes. I was put through three different people and different departments no one was able to assist me. The last consultant I spoke to said the money was transferred to unnamed Financial institution. She told me to ask for a dispute form at the branch and fill it in. Then today 15:07:15 when I ws gng through my statement there was a deduction of R90 referenced as HonfeeR900. I want all my money back I.e R900 taken on the 13th and R90 on the 15th so that I can move peacefully to the other bank. I've had enough with Nedbank
