What horror!!

I have been trying to withdraw money from my account but nothing, I have tried calling Nedbank's call center but no one answers. When I check my statement online it shows that my balance keeps decreasing and all because they charge me every time I try to withdraw. Now I'm even afraid to check my balance because they charge me and I don't know when I will be able to withdraw the money.
