What happened to Nedbank's service?

I've been your biggest supporter for over 20 years. The service I received today at the Northmead Square branxh was shocking. Since when does it take 50 mins for a card collection? 2 people in front of me, and when I got called, my card couldn't be found, and I was asked to be seated again.

It's not even busy, but I see 2 ladies helping one card collection, and nobody at the card services kiosk. Nedbank Northmead Square has never been this slow or unorganized.
