What happened to my Greenbacks

Nedbank did a migration of its Greenbacks loyalty program and now the Rand value and membership disappeared from my profile. Contact center is unable to assist. Other clients complained - why is Nedbank not being proactive and fixing this problem. Are we supposed to accept that our money is gone?
