What happened to going the extra mile?

<p>I app**** for a consolidation loan ( to consolidate my accounts and pay one account ) but keep getting declined due to affordability. I found out that the affordability assesment included a BMW ( current installment ) R7254 was taken into account in my assesment. This vehicle has been sold and therefor shouldnt be included. I called Nedbank personal loans dept back adn no one would assist me.They said it was Declined and they cannot do anything about it. I have the letter from BMW to state that it is paid off as well. Why wont anyone go the extra mile for client anymore?</p>
