What happend to Nedbank?

What happened? Nedbank used to be good. Today (08 October 2025) I attempted to make a payment only to find out my account has been blocked. Nedbank said they blocked my account because I did not update my FICA details. However, I updated my details via the Nedbank mobile app a few weeks ago but they still blocked my account. Even after visiting a branch this morning, it may still take 48 hours before I can transact. Well Nedbank, you may not have me as a customer in 48 hours from now! Maybe you can ask The Financial Inteligence Centre to pay you your R250 bank fees every month... If anyone from Nedbank is reading this and cares, if I cant transact by 15:00 today (08 October 2025) then I will open an account with someone else. My reference number is ***.
