WHAT CAN I DO TO LET NEDBANK CARE ABOUT MY PROBLEM?

I complained about Nedbank. Somehow i think they simply dont care about my problem. Is it because im coloured? Is it because i am not rich? What do i have to do for you to at least respond to my complaint? Or is that one person that deals with customer care maybe off sick?
