What are Nedbank actually doing?

The url for Netbank online banking was always https://netbank.nedsecure.co.za/ now that site is down and I am being directed to https://secured.nedbank.co.za/#/login I have been trying to get confirmation that this is the new address before putting in my details for 2 days! No response at all If the url was changed Nedbank should have advised clients, seems they don't even know if it has been or not. In the meantime, I am unable to pay accounts

My query from March 2019 about unauthorized access to my bank account was never resolved either. Still waiting for them to get back to me on that one. Unacceptable
