What a wonderful turn around and pleasant surprise thank you Nedbank.

So I recently wrote in with a complaint against the way a ********** transaction was handled by Nedbank on my Nedbank Credit Card. Well what a turn around Nedbank to date is the only bank that has been proactive giving the Corona Virus Crisis we are facing. They have immediately implemented steps and are assisting clients with halving the min payment due - well done Nedbank I am sure you will gain many a customer from the other banks who so far have not implemented anything in place to assist during these very trying times.
