What a Star!

I would like to compliment Geneveve on her assistance, efficiency & empathy she portrayed yesterday. I received a call from Personal Loans last week as my personal loan returned unpaid. This is the first time this has ever happened, nonetheless, this was due to a death in the family at which we had to contribute towards funeral arrangements,in the same week,our house was broken into and a large amount of cash was taken with the rest of our belongings.In all this,my father tried to assist and deposited funds into my account In order to pay our excess however,a Nadeo debit order was placed on my account and once the funds were deposited, personal loans took it out the same time.I called personal loans obviously in a state, but consultant Zandile Sithole wasn't very helpful. Nonetheless,I took down her supervisors NB number and decided to email her. What a breath of fresh air.Genevive responded immediately, showed empathy and really made me feel a lot better about the situation. She was so helpful and friendly.Collections Call Centres have such a bad stigma attached to it, but Geneveve showed that banks can actually assist when their clients needs it most. <br> She deserves a huge Bonus!
