What a let down in lockdown!

Absolutely disgusted with Nedbank, we are in Northwest yet no branches here can assist with foreign exchange.

Yesterday after spending at least and hour on the phone with the call center ***. I was told Nedbank Fourways will be able to assist. It was almost 13:00 by the time I got off the phone and so told the lady we would drive trough today. 23/4/2020

In lockdown we have had to face police and army, cross from north west to Gauteng to arrive at the branch and be told they can’t assist us!

We would naturally take the word of the call center agent and go where she says to go. That Nedbank would not only let their clients down but then mislead them at a time like this shames me. To say I’m disgusted is an absolute understatement!
