What a joke!

Disgusting service received from this bank! They hand me over for a credit card that is being paid! WHAT A JOKE! Months later and still not resolved, despite promises made. Apparently, Nedbank just takes instructions from other companies on your behalf and then action it, WITHOUT THE CLIENTS CONSENT and not even a phone call to the client to confirm if it is right! DISGUSTED!!!!
