Whaow Nedbank

Whaow Nedbank. What a pleasure it was today to deal with Karabelo at Nedbank Vaal Mall. For more than month several people at Nedbank were not able to solve our problem regarding our bank app and just send us away with a reference number, saying they logged a call with IT. Today this beautiful lady spent more than 4 hours on the phone, even after the doors have been closed, and she with the help of Kushne at IT solved our problem. Thank you Karabelo, you are a star and Nedbank should be proud of you!!!!!
