Westville Pavilion Nedbank pathetic service

I recently withdrew money at a Nedbank Stand alone ATM and noticed two notes were stained. These were two " one hundred rand notes "....

I decided to go to the Westville Pavilion Nedbank branch, as I work in Westville to return this money and they refused point blank to return the money that I received and THEIR ATM!!

After asking to speak to the manager of the branch and waiting a few minutes for him, he tells me he can't help me I must go to the reserve bank and exchange it.

Obviously they don't value their customers because my family and I only bank and Nedbank and they not willing to assist even though the error is on their side and now I must be inconvenienced.

Definitely changing my banks after this... Pathetic service!!
