Wendy Mabuza - Champion!

I had my account blocked by Nedbank ***** Department which turned out to be an techincal error, I phoned the first time and got told it would take 24 hours to resolve and the call cut. I phoned the second time and the most amazing lady, Wendy Mabuza took my call, she was absolutely fantastic!!! She was professional, efficient and spoke to me with empathy, she resolved the issue within minutes. Nedbank, you need more people like her, she is an absokute GEM!!!! THANK YOU WENDY!!!
