Well Invested Staff!

i visit Nedbank Chatsworth usually every month end in the afternnon. Irrespective of whether the bank is busy or not, i somehow try to step aside or sometimes pray that by luck, the cashiers, Melanie or Elijah serve me. Honestly, it is the first time I have come across staff like the above mentioned who are so customer driven, passionate and efficient at their job. Pleasant friendy attitude, treat customers with respect and a smile which is so scarce at this branch. In fact my family who bank with Nedbank also agree that they are two very helpful staff members at the bank. i wish employees at all banks could display positive attitude towards customers like them, so we will have less time wasted and more pleasant experiences. Well Done guys! You will really go a long way! Awesome Young Role models:)
