Well done Nedbank

My company is called Kiaranix Pty Ltd. I must honestly give the staff that handles my account a high five with the pleasant and professional way they handled my request for an overdraft. It has never happened to me before that the manager will actually interact and assist as she did so that the correct documentation and information can be put together so that the bank can do their work. It is so pleasing to see that the management actually takes my companies growth to heart and assist to get everything done in time and correctly. I must say that this was such a nice experience that I have never before had with any other bank in South Africa. It does make a difference if the manager is more involved to assist and try to get things done to put your business in a position to grow and go forward. Thank you Nedbank, Linda and Mary, such a nice experience.
