Well done Nedbank!

I had a motor vehicle financed by Nedbank, which was paid off 10 years ago, but I had not received the original car papers at the time the car was fully paid up. On querying this in December last year, I was informed that I would have to pay to obtain the original papers - I argued the point and Nedbank waived the fee and had the original papers delivered to my closest branch! I even received a phone call from the branch to advise me that the documents were ready for collection. Very surprising good service.Well done Nedbank & thank you!
