I do apologise that I am unable to provide names of relevant parties here, but wish to thank and congratulate staff at Nedbank Payne Street Pinetown for their excellent service and urgency demonstrated. This is directed at the branch manager and the clerk at the middle teller booth, on 05th May 2015. <br> I don't want to get into the specifics of the issue - but it was rather an emergency, and these two individuals worked speedily to resolve a dilemma and prevent huge loss to me. Well done to both of you<br> At the same time, I wish to express my disgust at the call centre who kept me on line twice for 20 mins at a time pushing me from pillar to post, department to department without providing any solution. They displayed zero professionalism and were totally clueless on how to properly assist me. Certainly further training and diplomacy is required therein. <br> Once again- hats off to Payne Street branch - well done and thank you!!!
