Weak security protection towards my bank account

Weak security protection towards my bank account so annoying to wake up and find out that the money in my nedbank account is gone, is it supposed that the banks protect our money on top of that they always send an otp to approve the transaction but when it come to ****mers everything just went through so Smoothly, they keep on saying they investigating whereas I am suffering without the money.
