Weak Account Application System

The most confusing & regressive systems I have ever encountered. I went into a branch to open a business account. I was told to download and apply via the app, which I did the results were successful pending varification from whoever. This was more than 3 weeks ago. To this day I am still waiting. I guess this a representation of the of how this bank generally responds
