We pay for your technical errors
So Nedbank what will happen with our Debit orders and the technical issue that is not reflecting payments from FNB and Capitec? They will obviously continue to go through and you will obviously still charge us the R150.00 fee for an unpaid debit order!! Never mind that it is a bad reflection on our conduct in your view and our account holders view when our debit orders are rejected for no funds. The fact that your technicians are working on it does not protect the whiplash of unpaid debit orders.

Yes they bounced my debit order and you reversed the charge but you did not respond about my credit record being affected or run the debit order again as stated. Now I am listed as late payment on ITC because of your technical errors and empty reassurance. This is disgusting service. Now I need to spend 3 months fixing my name and showing no late payments. How do you as a business rectify this@@!!!!???? Or will I get promises from your staff saying it will be sorted out?????
