We can't bury my father because Nedbank is refusing to pay

We went to nedbank KwaMnyandu looking for assistance with my father's funeral and we were told to get a loan to bury my father. My father bankes with Nedbank. We went to ask them to pay one service provider for the funeral to happen on saterday. The manager said we must get a Letter of Authority. I explained to her that my father's assets are above the limit which means we will need a lawyer, an estate late account will have to be open which is a long process that we are aware of and will take along time. We just need them to send the documents to the relevant department for them to process the payment from my father's account for they funeral to happen over the weekend. She said she can't help us without the letter of Authority, we have to try in another way, I need to get a loan and pay for it when everything has been sorted out. How long do we have to wait to bury my father because nedbank is refusing to pay so we can bury him? My father has money on his accounts with needbank. It's not that we are asking for cash, we just need this one invoice to be paid.
