We are Nedbank, we do not give you your money back

<p>Nedbank deducted a premium for a settled home loan off my account in error. I logged a call with them to refund the money, but it seems that they are not interested in giving it back. They are very quick in taking your money, but do not ask for it back.....</p> <p>I have spoken to three people on different occasions at their call entre, all three said that I will get the money back within three working days and that they will call me back with more information. Needless to say, no-one called me back and it is now two weeks later and still no sign of my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for absolutely nothing Nedbank.</p>
